our EFTPS Tax Payment option. No more long, strenuous phone payments are

CD-ROM Check Imaging
CD-ROM Check Imaging reduces storage requirements
and speeds up retrieval and research.
CD-ROM Check Imaging is useful for companies with multiple
accounts and high check volumes. It stores front and back
images of all canceled checks, along with the corresponding
monthly bank statement on a CD-ROM.
- Cancelled check images for multiple accounts or a single
account along with corresponding bank statements for the reconcilement
period are placed on a single CD-ROM.
- Bank statements and images of the front and back sides of
each check can be viewed from your personal computer or may
be sent to your printer for hard copy output.
- Special viewing software is not required, as it is inherent
on each CD-ROM. Query, viewing, printing and exporting features
make research, reconciliation, and retrieval tasks easy.
Zero Balance Accounts
Zero Balance Accounts (ZBAs) eliminate the need to manually
fund disbursement accounts with multiple transfers, and still
segregates different types of payments such as payroll, dividends,
and accounts payable:
- Disbursement accounts are linked to your main operating
account.
- A debit or credit balance accumulates in the ZBA on a
daily basis as checks and deposits are presented through
normal banking channels.
- At the close of business, a single debit or credit entry
is made to the ZBA, bringing each ZBA to zero.
- ZBA activity is reported clearly on your monthly bank
statements.
